Process for Visa Application

Student will select a course from university site and apply for Pre-offer letter.
Following documents are required:
CV
Academic (Degree, Character, and Transcripts)
Motivation Letter (differs from Sop as this includes reason for the subject or origin of idea for the subject in major parts of the essay)
Passport with at least one year of validity
Experience Letter for the gap in education as per CV
Student will receive offer within a week.

Student will deposit the fee amount mentioned in Offer for Final Letter of Acceptance.

Student prepares other visa documents for the interview. Following documents are needed:
VISA application form ( https://videx.diplo.de/videx/visum-erfassung/videx-langfristiger-aufenthalt)
Biometric PP Size Photo
Declaration Letter stating all the documents student is going to submit are true and genuine.
Color Print of Passport Data Page and Last Page in A4 Size
Citizenship Original/ 1 Color Print/ Translation
Birth Certificate
Letter of Motivation
LOA
All Original and Copy of Academic + ECA if any
English Language Proficiency
Fee payment receipt 75 Euro (To be paid in Cash)
Proof of Means of Financial Support
- Proof of financial status: e.g., letter from employer (providing information regarding annual/monthly income and duration of employment with the company),
- Company registration
- Land ownership certificate
- Evidence of tax payment
- Personal bank statements etc.
